A Community Resource
Our parish utilizes a number of communication mediums for distributing information to our community members. These include our paper bulletin, website, information slides and email newsletters. This page is intended to provide a resource for church leaders to submit information about news, events and/or announcements that can be shared with our greater community.
The Communication Process
Upon completing the communications request form, your submission is sent to the Director of Communication and Administrative Assistant. A confirmation email containing the submitted data will also be sent to the email address you provide. Should you discover any errors or have questions about the submission, you may reply to the confirmation email or contact the Parish Office.
Once submitted, your request will be reviewed and processed. After this step is complete, you will receive an email containing a Promotion Plan which outlines how your announcement will be communicated using our various mediums. If you have questions or require assistance during any step of this process, please contact Adam Beltran in the Parish Office.

Note: Lead times are minimum estimates. Project may require more lead time depending upon complexity.
