Parish of St. Benedict

The Building Operations Committee (BOC) was established to advise the pastor on the material needs of the worship space and physical plant of the Parish of St. Benedict.

Our goals are to:

• Project needs of aging equipment and to allow for maintenance, repair, upkeep and budgeting to replace as required.
• To prevent physical emergencies from arising by following maintenance plans to show good stewardship of facilities.

The BOC:

• Meets at least once per quarter.
• Is comprised of people of various skill sets: architects, general contractors, business owners, maintenance directors, individuals with knowledge in sustainable building and maintenance.
• If you are interested in participating in this ministry, please contact the pastor. A working knowledge of maintenance with some aspect of plumbing, electrical, etc. would be helpful, but not required.
