Concrete was poured at the lower level of the Sanctuary which allowed the mason to begin their work in that area.

The mason continues to progress extremely well. The bell tower is 16 feet away from reaching the top of the tower. In addition, work continues on the south side arches and the north side entry. Also, the Sanctuary area is beginning to rise out of the ground.

Three weeks ago, we had a challenge with the mechanical (A/C) subcontractor. The company had to be replaced. The general contractor went back out for bids and a new subcontractor has been selected. The contract will be signed today and the sub will be onsite on Monday. We are analyzing the potential impact on the schedule and the cost. The general contractor will be addressing a breach of contract towards the original subcontractor.
